Attachment and adjustment

earSHIELD Pro instructions for attachment to a bike helmet
The attachment graphic shows the position on the helmet strap and the most important adjustment points.

Important for the correct position

earSHIELD Pro is attached to the helmet strap in front of the ear. The position should be adjusted so that airflow is deflected away from the ear without fully covering the ear.

The helmet strap must lie close enough to the head. Depending on the helmet, earSHIELD Pro can work with up to approx. 6 mm distance between strap and head in front of the ear.

Safety and use

  • Replace if visible damage is present or after a crash.
  • The ear must not be fully covered. Traffic and warning signals must remain audible.
  • Before every ride, check that earSHIELD Pro sits securely.
