Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also declare the withdrawal electronically via our website. The electronic withdrawal function is available at:

and via the corresponding link or button in the shop.

If you use this electronic function, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
