Shipping Area

We deliver to Germany, countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown in checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge EUR 1.10 shipping costs. From an order value of EUR 50.00, delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs.

For deliveries to other countries of the European Union and to Switzerland, we charge EUR 2.20 or EUR 3.00 shipping costs depending on the products ordered and the shipping format.

For mixed carts, shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping rules stored in the shop. The shipping price shown in checkout is decisive.

Delivery Times

The expected delivery time is:

• Germany: 4 to 5 working days
• European Union outside Germany: 5 to 14 working days
• Switzerland: 5 to 14 working days

The delivery period begins after completion of the order and successful payment processing. No delivery takes place on Sundays or public holidays.

Deliveries to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import duties, taxes, customs duties or handling fees may arise. These costs are not charged by us and may have to be borne by the recipient.
